CACI is�seeking�an Oracle HCM Conversion Developer / Technical Developer. This position is remote with one week of travel per month.


What You?ll Get to Do:

The Oracle HCM Conversion Developer / Technical Developer is responsible for providing expert guidance on Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) functionality, best practices, and solutions. The Developer/ Technical Developer will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, understand their requirements, and translate them into effective Oracle HCM configurations to optimize human resource processes.

More About the Role:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for Oracle HCM functionality, including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation, and other modules.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Oracle HCM Cloud updates and features, providing insights into how they can benefit the organization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and understand the human capital management requirements of the customer.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, and design effective and efficient solutions leveraging Oracle HCM capabilities.
  • Provide recommendations on best practices and innovative approaches to meet objectives.
  • Analyze, design software or enhancements, taking into consideration existing software capabilities.
  • Build (code, debug, test, and modify), deploy, document, and maintain conversions within the Oracle HCM platform.

You?ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s degree in relevant field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience with Oracle HCM components, and conversion tools.
  • Extensive experience as an Oracle HCM Functional SME, with a focus on configuring and optimizing Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation modules.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing conversions.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Oracle Developer, with a focus on building, testing, and deploying conversions.
  • Experience with data conversion tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL) or HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL) related to Core HR and/or Talent Profile.
  • Experience in developing build data models.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting development of conversion requirements documents, working with the Technical Analyst and Technical Lead as needed.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting development of in scope conversions using Oracle supported tools.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting unit testing and System Integration Testing.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying conversions and integrations and assisting� with post go-live issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated experience creating functional specifications, working with templates, Data mapping, and reconciliation of converted data with legacy data.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Applications base tables, APIs and basic understanding of HDL template.
  • Experience with tools such as SQL and Excel to extract converted data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to access a system for which federal law requires U.S. Citizenship is required.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
